B2B FAQ
Wholesale & Re-Export Questions
Common questions from distributors, workshops and export partners.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on brand, product line and destination. We work with established B2B accounts on case-by-case quotations — contact us with your requirement list for tailored MOQ and pricing.
Do you support re-export from JAFZA / UAE?
Yes. EUROSTAR supports GCC and international re-export from Sharjah and JAFZA-related programmes where applicable, including documentation and consolidated shipments through our logistics team.
What is the difference between genuine, OEM and aftermarket?
Genuine parts are supplied in manufacturer branding (e.g. Mercedes-Benz). OEM parts are made by the original equipment manufacturer for the aftermarket. Aftermarket brands (including EURAP and our supplier portfolio) offer OE-quality alternatives — we will quote the option that matches your account requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per B2B account and may include prepayment or approved credit subject to commercial review. Prices are quoted on request and exclude VAT, shipping and customs unless stated otherwise.
What are typical lead times?
In-stock lines from Sharjah can ship quickly; indent or special-order items depend on supplier lead times. Your account manager will confirm availability and ETA on each quotation.
How do I request a catalogue or line-card?
Use the contact form, WhatsApp or email mohd_abukweik@eurostar-uae.com with your company details and brand focus. You can also download our line-card PDF from the homepage or products page.
